What is included with a FocusBoat subscription?
A subscription unlocks the premium FocusBoat features shown on the purchase screen. The exact features, billing period, and price are displayed in the app before you confirm.
How am I billed?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID using the App Store. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase and the subscription renews according to the plan shown in the app.
Does FocusBoat offer a free trial?
A trial is available only when it is shown on the FocusBoat purchase screen. The screen will clearly display the trial length, renewal price, and billing date before you subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select FocusBoat, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can continue using paid features until the current billing period ends.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase, then choose Restore Purchases from the FocusBoat subscription screen.
How do I request a refund?
App Store payments are managed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
