FocusBoat helps you put distracting apps aside and complete focused sessions. You can choose a destination, start a focus trip, follow your progress, use calm soundscapes, and focus alongside friends.

Open FocusBoat and choose the option to enable Screen Time when prompted. Approve the system permission sheet so FocusBoat can show usage insights and pause the apps you select during a session.

Confirm that Screen Time access is still approved and that the apps are included in your FocusBoat selection. If the permission was removed, enable it again from FocusBoat and restart your session.

Choose a destination and session duration, then start the trip. FocusBoat tracks the journey while you focus and records the completed time in your progress.

Yes. Create or join a crew, invite friends, and compare focused time together. Crew activity is designed to make consistent focus feel shared and accountable.
